Before contacting us, please do have a look at our product FAQ or support forum, in case the problem or issue has already been addressed there. If you can't find an answer to your query there, you can contact us direclty via the contact form.

When requesting support, please make sure to tell us what version of software you are using and any other information (e.g. error messages, operating system, PHP version etc.) that will help us in identify and solve the problem as quickly as possible. If your licence has run out, but you require help, please renew your licence in our shop before contacting us.
