Privacy

We take your concerns about privacy seriously. We do not pass on any information about you to third parties, unless required to do so by law. All emails, transactions and further data is treated confidentially and as securely as possible at all times. Here a list of information that we might collect:

1. Website

When you browse our website your IP address, the time and duration of your visit, the web browser you are using, and the pages you have viewed are logged by our server and from Google Analytics. This information is used to compile statistical reports about how visitors have used our website and ultimately to help us improve your browsing experience.

2. Online shop

When you purchase a product from us, we store information about you that is required to verify, validate, process and maintain your order. This includes your IP address, your name and contact details together with information about your order and chosen payment method. All data collected via the shop are transferred via a 128bit encrypted connection (SSL). Confidential payment information (e.g. your credit card number) are not transferred nor saved by us. Secure online payments are made solely via third party e-payment tenders. If you have any doubts about in the regard to security, we recommend that you select the option "Bank transfer" when shopping.

3. Product license compliance

We are automatically informed about new product installations and check independently from this the validity and compliance of our license regulations at irregular intervals. The only information verified will be your license key and the adherence with out license regulations in regard to the product purchased from us. If we should come to the conclusion that there is some kind of problem in regard to the license, at first we take no other action than to contact you in order to verify the correctness of such an assumption and to clear the matter in a satisfactory manner for both parties.

4. Electronic communication

Electronic communication, e.g. via email, is not always secure. For example, emails can be intercepted by experienced internet users on their way to from server to server and could be read by third parties. You should take this fact into consideration, especially when sending us a support request which contains confidential information. We recommend that you send such information via an alternative and separate method. However, if you do choose to communicate with us in such a manner, we will automatically assume that you agree to a communication via the same method. If not, you need to explicitly express your wish for a different method of communication to us.

5. Support

If you voluntarily send us confidential login details, as part of a support request (also see point 4), so that we may check or solve a problem at your request, you must be aware that this is solely your own risk. We do of course try to handle such data in a safe and confidential manner and always delete such information after the support request has ended, but can not guarantee the safety of the data you have sent us.
